Four Saved Views for the Leads List: My Calls, Not Given to Anyone, Waiting and Called With No Result

Quick answer

The Leads list in MAJ Leads has four saved views above it: My calls, Not given to anyone, Waiting more than 10 min, and Called, result not saved. Each shows a live count and filters the same list, so a rep or owner opens one tap away from the leads that need action.

Note

What we read and checked. We read the saved-view code, the database rule behind the waiting view and the screen's labels in the MAJ Leads Console on 5 November 2026, and read a summary of the 2007 lead response study the same day. We did not time the views on a large workspace, and we give no count for how many leads a typical view holds. MAJ Leads has no customer results on this feature and none are claimed.

Why does a lead list need saved views?

A list sorted by date answers "what came in", not "what needs me now". After a busy Monday, the leads that matter are buried between new ones and old ones that are already handled. A saved view is a preset question asked of the same list. It is not a second list: the page you are on, its search box, its tag filter and its stage pills all still work on top of it.

What does each view hold?

ViewWhat it selectsWho sees which leads
My callsThe leads with a call that is yours. For an owner: your calls that are due now or overdue. For a rep: every call they hold, due now or coming up, plus the calls nobody holds yet, the same set the Calls page lists.
Not given to anyoneLeads whose live team call has no owner yet. This is the pool a rep can pick from.Everyone who can see the leads list. Reps see the pool and their own leads, not other reps' leads.
Waiting more than 10 minLeads with no first reply, created at least 10 minutes ago, whose first call is due or has no call scheduled. The same rule as the fell-through list.As the list allows: an owner sees all, a rep sees their own and the pool.
Called, result not savedA rep tapped Call or WhatsApp at least 2 minutes ago and never logged what happened. An owner sees every such call. A rep sees their own.

Next to them is All, which removes the narrowing. Each of the four views shows a count beside its name, so you know whether to open it before you do. An owner opens the Leads page on All. A rep opens on My calls, unless the link they followed names a lead set such as one source. The chosen view goes into the page address as ?preset=, so a refresh keeps it and you can send a manager the link.

Why 10 minutes for Waiting?

Ten minutes is the line the fell-through list already draws. In the screen, a lead waiting past ten minutes is marked as needing attention, and past twenty minutes it is marked as escalated, which matches the owner alert at twenty minutes described in our guide to leads left up for grabs. Why those numbers? The best-known public data point is a vendor study, not UAE data: the 2007 InsideSales.com and MIT Lead Response Management Study, presented at a MarketingSherpa summit on 16 October 2007. It examined three years of data across six companies, over fifteen thousand web leads and over one hundred thousand call attempts, and says the odds of contacting a lead fall by five times between a call at 5 minutes and a call at 10 minutes. The study did not look at close rates, the companies were not in the UAE, and the company that produced it sells call software. Treat it as a reason to look at the first minutes, not as a promise. Our guide to which speed-to-lead numbers are misquoted goes through it in more detail.

What is Called, result not saved for?

A tap on Call is not a result. If the rep taps Call, talks, and then never records "booked" or "no answer", the lead looks untouched to everyone else and the next step is never decided. Two minutes after the tap, the app asks the rep "Did you reach them?". This view is the worklist of the ones still unanswered. Unlike the prompt, it has no 24-hour cap: an old call with no result stays on the list until someone logs it. For an owner it is also a quiet way to find a call that was made and never recorded. Our guide on what a manager can and cannot see about each rep covers the other screens.

Can a rep reach another rep's leads through a view?

No. A view only produces a list of lead ids. The database then applies the same scoping it always does, so a rep gets their own leads and the pool, and the views cannot widen that. The three views the server builds are each capped at 500 leads, the same ceiling as the fell-through lists, and a view that holds nothing shows a plain empty state such as "Nothing is up for grabs".

Tip

A simple routine. Our suggestion, not a product rule: owners open Waiting more than 10 min first and Called, result not saved last thing; reps open My calls in the morning and Not given to anyone whenever they are free. Four counts, four decisions.

Where does this leave your team?

Nobody has to build filters. The four questions a sales team asks every day are one tap each, with a live number beside them. See how it works, and our guide to who owns a lead and the list of leads nobody called for the list the Waiting view shares its rule with.

Frequently asked questions

What saved views does the MAJ Leads list have?
My calls, Not given to anyone, Waiting more than 10 min, and Called, result not saved, plus All. Each of the four shows a live count.
What does Waiting more than 10 min show?
Leads with no first reply that arrived at least 10 minutes ago and whose first call is due or not scheduled. It is the same rule as the fell-through list.
What view does a rep see first?
My calls, unless the link they followed names a lead set such as one source. An owner opens on All.
Can a rep use a view to see other reps' leads?
No. A view only narrows the list. The database still limits a rep to their own leads and the pool.
Can I share a view with a colleague?
Yes. The chosen view is part of the page address as ?preset=, so the link opens the same view for them, within what their role allows.
