I founded MAJ Leads to solve a problem I kept seeing across UAE businesses — real-estate brokerages, clinics, home-services firms, and other SMEs: calls go unanswered, leads go cold, and front-desk staff spend most of their day routing the same ten questions. MAJ Leads deploys AI voice agents — inbound receptionists and outbound callers — that handle those calls 24/7, in the languages the caller actually speaks.
Day-to-day I configure SIP trunks, wire CRM integrations (Dynamics 365, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24, Pipedrive, WhatsApp Business API), and walk every outbound client through TDRA Cabinet Resolutions 56 and 57 of 2024 before the first call goes out. I've run full UAE telephony installs and built DNCR screening and TDRA compliance into the platform — by design, not bolted on.
The agents we deploy speak English, natural Gulf-dialect (Khaleeji) Arabic, Hindi, and Malayalam — covering the real language mix of a UAE customer base. Voice cloning and custom persona builds are available for clients who need an Emirati-accent presence. Every deployment starts with a discovery call and ends with weekly transcript-based tuning; the standard timeline from sign-off to live calls is 14 days.
