For Amazon.ae sellers
MAJ Leads for Amazon.ae sellers
MAJ Leads is a lead management system for UAE businesses, run by Majosphere FZE LLC. This page explains exactly what our Amazon.ae connection does with your seller account, which permissions it asks for, and what it will never do.
The Amazon.ae connection is not open to customers yet. It opens after Amazon approves MAJ Leads as a public Selling Partner API developer. Everything below describes how it will work, and we will update this page on the day it opens.
One part is already live for every MAJ Leads workspace: a lead marked as coming from a marketplace is never followed up. Our database refuses every call task, WhatsApp message, newsletter send and review request for it, and the marketplace label cannot be removed afterwards.
What the connection does
You connect your own seller account through Amazon’s standard consent screen in Seller Central. We then do two things, and only these two.
Your Amazon.ae orders beside your other channels
We read each order’s ID, status, dates and totals through the Orders API, so your Amazon sales sit next to your Google, Meta and website leads. We do not read the buyer’s name, address, phone number or email.

Amazon’s own review request, for every eligible order
When an order becomes eligible, we call the Solicitations API once to send Amazon’s standard product-review and seller-feedback request. Amazon writes and delivers that message. We send it for every eligible order and never filter by how happy the buyer seems.
The Amazon permissions we ask for
Amazon groups API access into roles. We request two roles, neither of them a restricted role that exposes buyer personal information (Amazon’s list of roles).
| Role | What we use it for |
|---|---|
| Inventory and Order Tracking | Order ID, status, dates and totals. No buyer fields. |
| Buyer Solicitation | Amazon’s own review and feedback request, one per eligible order. |
What we never do
Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy forbids contacting buyers outside Amazon, and a seller’s account can be suspended for it. So MAJ Leads will never:
- Message Amazon buyers, by WhatsApp, SMS, phone, email or anything else, inside or outside Amazon.
- Collect or store buyer names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.
- Add Amazon buyers to customer lists, newsletters or ad audiences.
- Send our own review request to an Amazon buyer, or offer anything in return for a review.
- Combine one seller’s Amazon data with another seller’s, or use it to build profiles.
- Sell, rent or share Amazon data with anyone.
- Request restricted roles such as Direct-to-Consumer Shipping or Tax Invoicing, or the Buyer Communication role.
Disconnecting and deletion
- You can disconnect at any time, from your MAJ Leads settings or by removing the app in Seller Central. All calls to Amazon for your account stop at once.
- We permanently delete your Amazon data within 30 days of a disconnect, of a request from Amazon, or of the end of our participation in the Selling Partner API.
- Amazon data is kept in its own tables, tagged by source, and only while your account stays connected.
These commitments follow Amazon’s Data Protection Policy.
How the data is protected
- All traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher, with HSTS, and database connections require TLS.
- Every table holding customer data has row-level security, so each seller’s workspace is isolated from every other workspace.
- Access tokens from connected platforms are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and the key never appears in code or logs. Amazon tokens will be stored the same way.
- Application logs pass through a filter that removes personal data before anything is written.
