Cookie Policy

What cookies are, which ones MAJ Leads sets, and how you can control them.

Effective date:

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognize you across page loads, remember your preferences, and operate features like authenticated sessions.

2. Cookies we set today

MAJ Leads sets strictly-necessary cookies required to operate the platform safely, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage. We do not set advertising / marketing cookies. A consent banner respecting your choice will be added before any additional non-essential category is introduced.

3. Categories

  • Strictly necessary — required for the platform to function (authentication, session, CSRF protection). These are set without consent because the platform cannot operate without them.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. Helps us understand aggregate visitor behaviour (which pages are read, which CTAs convert) so we can improve the site. You can opt out via your browser, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking the googletagmanager.com domain.
  • Marketing — currently not set. When introduced, used to measure ad effectiveness, behind a consent banner.

4. Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings — instructions vary by browser.
  • Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the MAJ Console from working.
  • If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, you will be presented with a consent banner that lets you accept, reject, or selectively allow categories. You can change your choice from a persistent “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Third-party cookies

Pages that embed third-party widgets (for example, the Cal.com booking widget) may set cookies under their own domains. Those cookies are governed by the third party's own privacy and cookie policies, which we link to from the relevant page where applicable.

6. Changes

We will update this policy whenever we add, remove, or change the cookies the platform sets. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
