How it works

Capture the lead. Chase it. Let the outcome compound.

Every lead lands in one inbox, reaches a rep's phone within thirty seconds, and is chased on a fixed schedule until it has an answer. The outcome then goes back to your CRM and your ads.

Round-robin or rules-based routing, one-tap outcomes, and a safety net that reroutes an untouched task before it goes cold.

How MAJ Leads runs a lead

The cadence is enforced by the system; the calls are made by your own people.

  1. Lead lands

A lead arrives from Google, Meta, your website, a CSV or a manual add, is matched on the phone number and enters the RNR cadence immediately.

  2. Task on the rep's phone

The due-now task reaches the assigned rep within about thirty seconds as a push with a sound, and on WhatsApp from your own number once it is connected.

  3. One-tap outcome

The rep calls, then logs Qualified, Not interested, No pickup or a Callback time in one tap. The next attempt is scheduled for them.

  4. Reroute, pool or alert

An away rep's task reroutes within about a minute; an untouched task returns to the pool at 10 minutes and alerts an admin at 20.

  5. Outcome fed back

When the lead closes, your CRM gets the outcome and Google and Meta learn which leads became customers.

What each part does

Capture

Every source you pay for lands in one place, once.

One inbox

Website snippet, Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms, CSV import and manual add all feed the same list.

Matched on the phone number

A person who fills in two forms is one lead, not two, so nobody is chased twice.

Attribution on every lead

Campaign, ad, form, UTM parameters and click IDs travel with the lead from the first second.

Chase

The follow-up engine. Your reps make the calls; the system makes sure nothing sits.

Push, sound and WhatsApp

A notification fires the moment a task is due, even with the app in the background, and reps can also get it on WhatsApp from your own number once it is connected.

One-tap call and outcome

Tapping the task dials the lead from the rep's own phone; Qualified, Not interested, No pickup or Callback at a set time is one tap after.

Your working hours

Set open and closed hours for each weekday. Attempts only go out inside them; a lead that arrives outside them gets an instant WhatsApp receipt and its first attempt when you open.

Round-robin or rules

Leads are assigned by round-robin or by the rules you set, using your existing distribution logic.

Away and reroute

A rep marked away has their due tasks rerouted to the next rep in the pool within about a minute.

The 10 and 20 minute safety net

Untouched at 10 minutes: back to the pool. Untouched at 20: an admin is alerted. No lead dies in someone’s pocket.

Compound

What pays back once the chase is running.

Back to your ads

Qualified and Booked outcomes are sent to Google Ads and Meta as conversions, so the platforms learn which leads became customers.

CRM push on close

The outcome and the lead’s attribution are pushed to your CRM the moment a lead closes.

Rep leaderboard

Time to first attempt, contact rate and booked rate per rep, refreshed daily.

Dashboard and weekly report

Speed to first attempt, contact rate, booked rate, cost per qualified lead and how many leads are unattended.

Your data stays yours

PDPL-aligned, hosted on Supabase (AWS) with encryption at rest. The workspace owner can export every lead and its history.
