Before the Call: What They Asked, Their Form Answers and the Earlier Tries on One Card
Quick answer
Before a rep calls, the MAJ Leads call card shows one line, What they asked. Under Details it opens the lead's own form answers, such as budget or preferred time, and the earlier tries with their results and the last note. It leaves out phone numbers and tracking codes, and loads only when opened.
Note
Why should a rep know what the lead asked before calling?
The lead filled in a form. Often they said what they wanted, a budget, a date or a treatment. If the rep calls and asks the same questions again, the first thing the lead learns is that nobody read their answers. The fix is to put the answers where the rep already is, which is the card with the Call button, so reading them takes seconds and happens before the dial.
What is the "What they asked" line?
One quiet line on the card, in the lead's own words. MAJ Leads builds it the same way for every source, so the phone alert, the call row and the lead page agree. It joins whatever the lead gave: the product or listing named by the form or page, the message they typed and their short answers, in form order, and it is cut at 140 characters. If the form gave nothing, it falls back to the page the lead came from, and if there is nothing at all, the line is not shown.
A small rule keeps it readable. If an answer is stored with its question, such as "What are you looking for: Teeth whitening consult", the question is dropped and the answer stays. A short field name like "Budget: 500k" stays as written, because it carries meaning on its own.
What is under Details?
Details is closed until the rep opens it, so the call list stays fast. When opened it fetches two things and shows them in plain lists with no boxes:
| Section | What it shows | How much shows first |
|---|---|---|
| Form answers | The qualifying questions and the lead's answers, in the order the form asked them, with the question as a person reads it, for example "Budget range". | Six, then "Show all (n)" |
| History | The lead's earlier finished tries, newest first, as "Try 2: No answer, 3 hours ago", and the last note a rep left. | Three, then "Show all (n)" |
If there are no answers and no earlier tries, the panel says "Nothing else on file yet." History reads at most the last 20 finished tries. The times are relative and written in the rep's own language, so a rep who works in Arabic, Urdu or Hindi reads them in it. See our guide to rep screens in Urdu, Arabic and Hindi.
What is deliberately left out?
The answers are the lead's qualifying questions and nothing else. Contact details are left out, because the rep already has them on the card. So are tracking keys such as UTM tags, click ids and Meta ids, and anything that is only a technical value: ids, links and timestamps. A rep reads "Budget: AED 2m" and never "gclid". Empty values and placeholders like "n/a" are dropped, and a long answer is shortened to 200 characters. Yes and no answers are shown as Yes and No, and a multi-choice answer is joined with commas. The free-text message is not repeated, because it already feeds "What they asked".
Where do the answers come from?
From the form that produced the lead. For a Meta lead form, Meta's lead retrieval page shows each answer as an entry with a name and a list of values, and MAJ Leads keeps every question that is not a contact field as its own answer. Meta's page also says the answers to optional custom disclaimer check boxes are not included in that data, so a tick on one of those will not reach the rep from Meta. For a website form, extra fields sent with the lead are stored as custom fields, and the custom questions of a Google Ads lead form are kept as answers too. Our guide to Meta lead ads and getting the lead in under a minute covers the delivery side.
Tip
Who can open Details?
Any member of the workspace, for any task in the workspace, which is the same reach as the Calls list, where teammates' calls are also visible. A task from another workspace answers "not found", never "forbidden", so an id cannot be used to check whether it exists.
Where does this leave your reps?
The rep taps Details, reads two answers and the last note, and opens the call with something like "You asked about the two-bedroom, is Thursday still good?" (an invented example) instead of a blank start. See how it works, and our guide to the five-attempt follow-up cadence for how the History list fills up.

The Five-Attempt Follow-Up Cadence, Explained
A single fast call attempt is not a strategy on its own, because most leads don't answer the first ring. Here is the full mechanics of MAJ Leads' five-attempt cadence: the named schedule, why each interval sits where it does, the rails underneath it, and exactly what happens on every outcome.
