Running Leads for Several Clients: One Login, Separate Boards, a Read-Only Report for Each
Quick answer
Keep each client in its own workspace, with its own board, team and leads, and switch between them from one login. Give each client a read-only report link that shows what came in and what happened to it, with no login needed. The client sees their own numbers, never another client's, and you can replace or turn off the link at any time.
Why is lead follow-up hard for agencies?
An agency running Google and Meta campaigns for several clients is judged on leads, but it does not control what happens after the form is filled. The client's team decides whether the lead is called, and when. When the client says the leads were bad, the agency often has no way to show whether anyone called them at all.
- Every client has its own setup: a different inbox, a different spreadsheet, a different person who is meant to follow up.
- Reporting is manual: exports, screenshots and a monthly deck that is out of date the day it is sent.
- Mixing clients is a risk: one shared sheet or login for several businesses is one mistake away from a lead going to the wrong client.
Speed is where most of the value is lost. In the 2011 Harvard Business Review study "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads", firms that tried to contact a web lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it as firms that waited longer. An agency that cannot see follow-up cannot fix it.
How do separate workspaces and one login work?
In MAJ Leads, each client is a workspace of its own. It has its own board, its own team of reps, its own working hours and its own lead sources. One login can hold several workspaces, so the agency switches between clients without signing out, while each client's leads stay inside that client's workspace.
- Leads land on the right board from that client's own forms, ads and links.
- Each lead becomes a call that is due for one of that client's reps, inside that client's working hours, with up to five tries: now, 15 minutes later, 1 hour later, 4 hours later, and the next working day at 12:00.
- The client's team works their own board. They see their leads, not anyone else's.
What does the client report show?
Each workspace can have a read-only report link. The client opens it in a browser, with no account and no login, and sees what came in over the period and what happened to it. It is the conversation every agency wants to have: here are the leads the campaign brought, and here is what your team did with them.
The link is the only key, so it can be managed like one. Making a new link replaces the old one, and the old address stops working at once. Turning the link off stops it completely.
Note
How should an agency use it?
- Set up one workspace per client and connect that client's lead sources to it.
- Add the client's own reps, so the people who call are the people who see the tasks.
- Set the client's working hours, so calls are due when their team is actually working.
- Send the report link to the client's owner, and open it together in the first monthly review.
- Replace the link when someone leaves the client's business or the link is forwarded too widely.
For how the follow-up itself works, read the five-attempt follow-up cadence, and for connecting a client's existing forms, see sending form submissions to one link. The full flow is on how it works, and plans, including how many agency client workspaces each includes, are on the pricing page. MAJ Leads costs AED 249 (Starter), AED 549 (Growth) or AED 999 (Pro) a month, with a 14-day free trial. A card is needed to start, and nothing is charged for 14 days.

The Five-Attempt Follow-Up Cadence, Explained
A single fast call attempt is not a strategy on its own, because most leads don't answer the first ring. Here is the full mechanics of MAJ Leads' five-attempt cadence: the named schedule, why each interval sits where it does, the rails underneath it, and exactly what happens on every outcome.
