Team Mode

Team Mode: your reps, on the clock.

Your team gets every lead as a due-now task on their phone, and the LMS enforces the five-attempt cadence so nothing sits.

Round-robin or rules-based routing, one-tap calling, and a safety net that reroutes an untouched task before it goes cold.

How Team Mode runs a lead

The cadence is enforced by the LMS; the calls are made by your own people.

  1. Lead lands

A lead arrives from Google, Meta or your website and enters the RNR cadence immediately.

  2. Task on the rep's phone

The due-now task pushes to the assigned rep's phone with a push notification and a sound.

  3. One-tap call and outcome

The rep taps to dial, then logs Qualified, Not Interested, No Pickup or a Callback time in one tap.

  4. Reroute, pool or alert

An away rep's task reroutes immediately; an untouched task returns to the pool at 10 minutes and alerts an admin at 20.

  5. Leaderboard

Time-to-first-attempt, contact rate and booked rate are tracked per rep, every day.

What Team Mode does

The queue

Due-now list

Every attempt that's due appears at the top, sorted by how overdue it is.

Push and sound

A notification and a sound fire the moment a task becomes due, even with the app in the background.

One-tap call

Tapping the task dials the lead directly from the rep's own phone.

Outcome buttons

Qualified, Not Interested, No Pickup or Callback at a set time, logged in one tap after the call.

Routing

Round-robin or rules

Leads are assigned by round-robin or by the rules you set, using your existing distribution logic.

Away and reroute

A rep marked away has their due tasks rerouted to the next rep in the pool immediately.

Sticky assignment, optional

Turn it on to keep a lead with the same rep across every attempt; off by default.

10/20-minute safety net

Untouched at 10 minutes: back to the pool. Untouched at 20: an admin is alerted.

Performance

Time-to-first-attempt

How fast each rep picks up a new lead, tracked from the moment it arrives.

Contact rate

The share of assigned leads a rep actually reaches.

Booked rate

The share of contacted leads a rep converts into a booking.

Daily snapshots

Leaderboard numbers refresh daily, so the picture stays current.
