Terms of Service

The agreement between you and MAJ Leads governing use of the platform, the AI voice agents we operate on your behalf, and the surrounding services.

Effective date:

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on, subscribing to, or otherwise using the MAJ Leadsplatform and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The Services

MAJ Leads provides a managed AI voice agent platform: inbound receptionist agents, outbound calling agents, supporting automations (CRM routing, lead delivery, calendar booking), and a web console for configuration and reporting. The Services are provided on a subscription basis and may include usage-based components (per-minute call charges, per-number rental, and similar pass-through costs).

3. Account, eligibility, security

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • Fees are billed in advance; usage-based charges are billed in arrears.
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added at the prevailing UAE rate.
  • We may revise pricing on at least 30 days' notice before a renewal period.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities as the operator of AI voice agents

You are the controller of the personal data of the callers and contacts your agents interact with. You are responsible for:

  • Holding and maintaining any required regulatory approvals, including TDRA telemarketing approval for outbound campaigns.
  • Ensuring the contact lists you upload for outbound campaigns have a lawful basis (consent or another PDPL/GDPR ground).
  • Conducting outbound campaigns within UAE TDRA telemarketing regulations. The platform aligns campaign behaviour with regulatory requirements automatically; you agree not to attempt to bypass, disable, or modify these alignments.
  • Providing accurate scripts and knowledge-base content for your agents.
  • Honouring caller opt-outs and any other consumer-protection requirements that arise during a call.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, including UAE telecommunications, consumer-protection, anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, or sanctions laws.
  • Conduct unsolicited mass calling outside TDRA-permitted parameters.
  • Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent the identity of the AI agent.
  • Send or solicit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Use the Services to build a competing voice agent product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without prior notice where the breach is severe or ongoing.

7. Call recordings and lead data

Call recordings, transcripts, and lead records generated by your agents are your data. We process them as your processor under the data-processing terms incorporated into our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated and de-identified data derived from the Services to improve our platform.

8. Intellectual property

The MAJ Leads platform, console, branding, documentation, and all underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for the duration of your subscription. You retain ownership of the content you upload (scripts, knowledge base, brand assets) and of the call recordings, transcripts, and lead data generated by your agents.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information of similar kind, and not less than a reasonable degree of care. This obligation survives termination for three years.

10. Disclaimers

AI voice agents are probabilistic systems. They may misinterpret callers, give incorrect answers, or fail to escalate appropriately. We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for monitoring agent performance and for any actions taken on the basis of agent output.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, in no event will either party be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of use, or loss of data — even if advised of the possibility. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account on notice if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that risks regulatory or reputational harm.
  • On termination, your access to the Services ends. You may export your data for 30 days post-termination; after that we delete it on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold MAJ Leads harmless from any third-party claim arising from your use of the Services in breach of these terms, your scripts or knowledge-base content, or your handling of the personal data of your callers in breach of applicable law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email and a notice in the console. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of United Arab Emirates (Dubai Courts) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms.
